Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods & Timelines
We offer a variety of reliable shipping methods at checkout. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your selection and destination.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivered next business day (orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST).
Note: Estimated delivery timelines apply strictly to the transit period and do not include initial order processing or manufacturing times.
2. Processing & Production for Custom Items
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Processing timelines depend on the specific product type:
  • Standard Items: Shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • Custom-Made & Personalized Items:
    • Production Time: These items require an additional [7–14] business days to craft and personalize.
    • Shipment Timing: Custom orders will ship immediately following the completion of the production window.
    • Combined Orders: If your order contains both standard and custom items, the entire order will ship together once the custom item is ready. To receive standard items sooner, please place separate orders.
3. Tracking & Delivery Issues
  • Tracking: A shipping confirmation email containing a carrier tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your package leaves our facility.
  • Address Accuracy: The buyer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot modify delivery addresses after an order has shipped.
  • Damaged Custom Items: If a custom-made item arrives damaged due to shipping transit, please retain all packaging and contact us at nicsjam26@gmail.com within  24 hours of delivery with photographic proof so we can expedite a replacement.
